Which cleaning services does the 10% off first clean apply to?

How much do you charge per hour?

Our prices start from £18.50 per hour for our regular cleans. Prices may vary depending on the size of your home and what services you require. For a personalised quote please email us on hi@pinkglovescleaning.co.uk

Will I have the same cleaners every week?

We will do our utmost best to keep your cleaners the same. But we can't guarantee it. You may end up with a different cleaner from time to time due to your cleaner been on holiday/sickness.

What areas of Cheshire East do you cover?

We currently cover the Macclesfield, Henbury, Bollington, Prestbury, Alderley Edge, Wilmslow, Poynton and Bramhall areas.

Can I cancel my clean if I change my mind?

Yes, you can cancel your clean or reschedule it for another day, but we please ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice from the time of your clean. If you cancel within 48 hours of the clean then you will be charged 50% of the full price. If you cancel on the day of the clean then you will be charged the full price of the clean. This is so we can pay our cleaners fairly and for any lost hours that have occurred.

Will I get a discount with a friends and family referral?

Yes, we will discount you 5% off your clean for every friend and family that books with us!

Duties will include:
Hoovering, mopping and dusting. Wiping down of kitchens and bathrooms. General tidying of rooms, making beds and emptying of bins.
